I am honored and thrilled to introduce myself as the new Superintendent and Principal of
Crossroads. As I step into this role, I am filled with excitement and a deep sense of
responsibility to continue the great work already underway here. Your warm welcome has made
me feel like a part of the Crossroads family, and I am eager to collaborate with you to uphold our
commitment to excellence in education and ensure that every student reaches their fullest

With 31 years of experience in education—including roles as a teacher, director of an alternative
school, middle school assistant principal, elementary principal, human resources director, and
as the Executive Director of Curriculum and Professional Learning—I bring a wealth of
knowledge and a dedication to building a strong school culture. At the core of this culture are
positive relationships, open and honest communication, trust, transparency, high expectations,
academic rigor, accountability, and support. I chose Crossroads because of its tradition of
academic excellence and its emphasis on character development. Each day, the dedication of
our staff, students, and parents reaffirms that I made the right decision.
Change can bring a mix of emotions—anticipation, curiosity, and sometimes a bit of uncertainty.
